For more than a year, Web Henyo was using a standard template that is not so good compared to today’s standard. It was just basic, does-not-care-of-the-CSS3-and-HTML5-things. It has a very basic sidebar and some footer widgets that are completely boring. (Although I see it as very beautiful back then. LOL!)
Here is a thumbnail image of the old layout:
After thinking it over and over again, I have made a decision to change it. I planned and search for the best template I can incorporate here. The hardest was to decide if it will be a “Responsive” or just a “Fluid” layout. (Just search Google about the difference between the two.) And after several minutes, I installed a responsive one.
Well, responsive web layouts are great. When we say responsive, it respond to the change of screen size. With it, you can view the blog better on PC or even on mobile devices with technically smaller screens. Thanks to CSS3 and HTML5 for this! I really enjoyed tweaking this and the final result is good, if not great. But still, some components of the old layout will stay. I find them useful and removing them will make me sad. 🙂
What can you say about the new layout? You can resize your browser to see it’s responsiveness in action! Thanks readers!
