Recently, Sony has introduced the PHA-1 – a portable headphone amplifier. It features a high quality DAC and PC jitter-free USB Audio with Asynchronous Transfer Mode to support up to a 96 kHz/24 bit high resolution audio signal.
The PHA-1 features custom integrated circuits that generates high quality sound and an Operational Amplifier which provide low distortion, low noise and a high slew rate for analogue signals.
If you want the PHA-1 (Portable Headphone Amplifier-1), you may want to wait until March 2013 on its availability. It will be sold for only $599. Are you going for it?
