I don’t know what this recipe should be called so I just use the ingredients to describe what it looked like – “Bread Crumbs-Coated Banana Dipped in Melted Chocolate Recipe“! I actually learned this recipe from my students who presented this during on a school event a long time ago.

I do not know the exact amount for each ingredients but still you can make this dessert perfectly because it’s easy to do. All you need to do is to prepare and follow all the steps below. First, here are the ingredients you will need:
Cardava Bananas (Ano yun? Relax, saging na saba lang yan.)
Goya Chocolate (You can choose your own flavor.)
First slice each banana into two. (Cut into halves.) After that, cover each piece with flour. Then, dip the flour-coated-banana pieces to a bowl with beaten eggs. Lastly, bread it or cover it with bread crumbs. It’s now ready to be deep-fried. (Wait until golden brown, not brown, or it will taste bitter.)
On the other hand, melt your Goya chocolates (or any chocolate) in a double broiler. We use double broiler to prevent the chocolate from burning. In case you don’t have a double broiler at home, you can make your own alternative.
Dip or smear? Dipping will consume more chocolate since you are covering the entire area of the banana. Instead, you can just smear it just like what I did on the photo above. It’s up to you. You can also place it in the refrigerator to harden the chocolate or if you want, eat it warm.
That’s it! You can now enjoy your own “Bread Crumbs-Coated Banana Dipped in Melted Chocolate“. Be sure to leave your comment after. Thanks!
