You know, 3 months after the last year Japan tsunami, Lady Gaga visited Japan to attend a press conference in Tokyo. In the press con, she used a cup and saucer set (of course to drink something). Now, Lady Gaga was auctioning the teacup and saucer marked with her lipstick with a japanese message “we pray for japan” along with her autograph, starting in one yen.

Now, the teacup hits $50,000.00 or more than 4 million yen after placed on Yahoo! Japan Auctions! Yup, that’s a whooping 50,000 US dollars! (Well, too much for a teacup!) The money from the winning bid will be given to Tomodachi Arts Fellowship Program, which supports young Japanese for one year at specialized US institutions.
