LG Optimus ONE P500 and LG Optimus ME P350 |
LG Optimus ME (aka LG Pecan) was released as early as February 2011. It has a 2.8″ capacitive touchscreen which are multi-touch. Yes, its “multi-touch” unlike the Samsung Galaxy 5 which is not. And take note, Optimus ME is a little bit smaller than the Optimus ONE. It has a 3.15 Megapixel camera at the back, without flash nor lens protection nor a dedicated shutter key but at least, have a geo-tagging feature. Oh, so sad for that!
On the other hand, LG Optimus ONE has 3.2″ 256K-color capacitive TFT touchscreen of HVGA resolution (320 x 480 pixels) which are also multi-touch. It;s camera was also 3.15 Megapixels with autofocus, capable of geo-tagging, face and smile detection and beauty shot. No front-facing camera. Before I forgot, its Android 2.2 Froyo OS can be upgraded to 2.3 gingerbread. There are also some reports that due to its not-that-great processor, some applications runs a bit laggy.
Philippine Price Update: LG Optimus ONE cost P7,990.00 while the LG Optimus ME was cheaper at P6,490.00 only.
