I am not a food blogger nor this blog as a food blog. But I do have a "Foods/Drinks" category here so that means that I can post articles about foods here. And besides, this is my blog so I can do anything I want in here. LOL!

F. Baylosis Restaurant - Home of Crispy Pata and Chicken in Batangas

This is not actually a review nor a sponsored post, I just want to write something about this Filipino restaurant here in Batangas - the F. Baylosis Restaurant. You know, since the day that I learned how to listen to a local FM station, I always hear their commercial describing them as the "home of crispy pata and chicken" in town (Batangas City). I usually ignore them because although I am a Filipino, I am always craving for Korean food (like what we ate at Shin Dang Dong Makati).

It was my first time to try their food. Thanks to one of our friends who invited us to join them for a free dinner! From that experience, I can really admit that their Filipino food was great! There is a lot of Pinoy food to choose from their menu. (So happy that they ordered F. Baylosis Restaurant's especialty, the crispy pata.) Honestly, I don't know how to describe a food but all I can say is that "their crispy pata is so crispy and delicious" along with their other dishes! How about the place?

Well, the location was perfect. (Beside G. C. Berberabe Subdivision, near SM City Batangas.) Their buildings are far enough from highways so it's less polluted and free from unnecessary vehicle engine noise. You can dine inside the main building or if you're together with your friends, you can choose to eat on an open hall outside surrounded with fountains and beautiful landscapes. There are also videoke rooms you can rent for a reasonable price to enjoy singing with your company. There are also families and colleagues who chose this place as a venue for their reunion.

In short, I also recommend this restaurant to those people who are craving for Filipino cuisines. So when it comes to cripy pata and chicken, it should always be F. Baylosis! That'a all!
